Oknha Hong Chhengchhun began his professional journey as a Chief Site Engineer at Borey Lorn City.
He transitioned into taking on construction contracts for Borey Lorn City projects in both Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville under his own company, Chhun Xing Construction, which specializes in various types of building construction.
Following the successful operation of Chhun Xing Construction, Oknha Hong Cheng Chhun partnered with business allies to launch his own residential development project, Borey Chhuntean, located in Chbar Morn City, Kampong Speu Province.
Chhun Xing City was officially established on February 25, 2024, with the launch of its first residential development, Chhun Xing City Platinum, led by Oknha Hong Chengchun. Located in Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province, the project received overwhelming support from both local and regional customers. Building on this success, the founder expanded with four additional residential projects in Bavet City:
1. Chhun Xing Diamond Project 4 – officially launched on April 27, 2025
2. Chhun Xing Golden Project 3 – officially launched on October 6, 2025
3. Chhun Xing Diamond Project 4 – officially launched on April 27, 2025
4. Chhun Xing Construction Project 5 – a government-commissioned initiative, granted by the Ministry of Interior, to build residential housing for the Bavet International Border Gate Police Station
